Black plum and blackberries are supported by smooth rounded tannins and oak, finishing with very pleasing molasses, coffee and dark chocolate.  A superb balance of tannin, fruit and acid make this blend versatile to pair with a very wide range of foods, from red sauce pasta to steaks.

This blend is comprised of 44% Syrah, 44% Carignan, and 12% Zinfandel.
